The Nepalese government must step up and regulate inexperienced climbers the insanity has to stop, and limit the amount of people allowed on the mountain at one time. Shayria should never have been on that mountain. She took way too long to climb up, and was “ spent” couldn’t get down.

About my BetterHelp sponsorship - I want to share that I do look into each sponsor I accept. I don't take sponsorships lightly and have turned down way more than I've accepted because I don't endorse the product or it's not a good fit with the channel. I looked into BetterHelp before I accepted the sponsorship and learned that they have addressed and corrected the issues that people were concerned with. The channel Cinema Therapy stopped promoting BetterHelp when the issues arose in 2023, but now have resumed their sponsorship after working closely with the company. They have explained in detail, what the issues were, how they were corrected and some of the misinformation that is out there about BetterHelp: www.reddit.com/r/cinema_therapy/comments/1dpriql/addressing_the_betterhelp_concerns_headon_deep/ I am a huge supporter of online therapy and will continue to support it via the BetterHelp sponsorship. BetterHelp may not be for you, but it is a good fit for a lot of people.

He was gone from January to May the year he passed away. I don't know how he could leave his family for so long. You said shortly after the birth of his child he left for another adventure. I can't imagine a man leaving to go have fun with a new baby at home. I wonder how his wife managed with 3 kids without him. She must have felt abandoned. Why do some people even get married.

It really is sad when people talk about Crackwhores book being so good when it's obvious all he did was try to make himself look great and everyone else look like they were at fault and constantly changing his lies over the years to coincide with people passing away so they can no longer refute the things he says his telling of that day is almost as shameful as the way Everest has been turned into a landfill for the rich and ridiculous

9:38 as someone with no climbing experience whatsoever, I appreciate this sort of explainer of pace, as obvious as it likely seems to people who do climb. It closes that little loop in my head that wondered why exactly that stretch would take 10-12 hours. Thank you!

IMO each & everyone one on that day knows what happened in the situation each of them were in. They can only speak about what they went through. It was a chaotic scene with groups of people in different areas trying to survive. At that altitude your body, brain 🧠 do not function the same. ALL THOSE WHO PERISHED RIP 🏵️💐🏔️. Those who survived this tragedy need to STOP 🛑 finding blame on one person! GET IT!!!!!! GET OVER IT & ACCEPT IT! ALL NEED TO MOVE ON 🇺🇸.

Jesus. People think that summoning the highest mountain in the world is some kind of right. It took humanity hundreds of years and attempts to make it before the finest climbers on earth finally- just barely- made it. It’s not some kind of right that you can buy or pay for. You have to earn it the same way you earned the money you used to pay for it- with hard work.

To me, Everest is only beautiful when its left alone. Otherwise, its become the highest landfill of death on the planet for people with stupid money to burn and egos to stroke. There is nothing up there but the grim reaper. Just ask the sherpas who have died because of the stupid foreigners they were hired to guide.
